General Advisory
- As there is a forecast of heavy rains, provide proper drainage channels in fields of currently cultivated Kharif crops (rice - transplanted crop, cotton, maize, soybean, redgram, turmeric, vegetables etc) to allow drain out of excess water. If waterlogging is observed in fields due to receive of excess rains, drain out excess water from the fields as early as possible. As there is a forecast of heavy rains, avoid going near rivers, canals and other water bodies.
