This website (https://www.napanta.com) is operated by FarmGreen Agritech India Private Limited (“NaPanta”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to these terms. The NaPanta mobile app is governed by its own terms shown in the app.
1. What the website provides
The website publishes agricultural information for farmers and the agricultural trade in India: daily wholesale (mandi) prices reported by Agricultural Produce Market Committees, directories of fertilizer, seed and pesticide dealers, soil and seed testing laboratories, cold storages and Krishi Vigyan Kendras, crop and pest advisories, and agricultural news.
2. Information only - no advice, no endorsement
All content is provided for general information. It is not agronomic, commercial, legal or financial advice, and it is not an endorsement of any dealer, laboratory, product or market. Decisions about buying inputs, selling produce or applying products remain yours. Please confirm current prices and business details directly with the market or business concerned before relying on them.
3. Accuracy and corrections
We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and current, and we describe our sources and update cadence on our data and methodology page. Prices are those reported to us by the markets; directory entries come from public licensing records and our own field verification. Despite this care, entries may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any content. If you find an error, please report it; verified corrections are normally applied within a week.
4. Dealer contact details
Dealer phone numbers and licence identifiers are made available only to registered users of the NaPanta app, on a per-dealer basis, so that dealers are contacted by farmers rather than by automated systems. Any attempt to harvest, scrape or bulk-collect directory information, or to use the “check the number” feature for any purpose other than confirming a dealer you already know, is prohibited.
5. Permitted use
You may view, print and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use with attribution to NaPanta. You may not copy the website's databases in whole or substantial part, republish content as a competing service, use automated tools to extract content beyond what our robots.txt permits, or use the website in any way that interferes with its operation.
6. Intellectual property
The NaPanta name and logo, the website design, the compilation and arrangement of data, and all original text are the property of FarmGreen Agritech India Private Limited. Underlying price reports are published by the respective market committees and government bodies.
7. Advertising and third-party links
The website displays advertisements served by third parties and links to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products or practices of advertisers or linked sites.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, NaPanta, its directors and staff are not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from use of or reliance on the website or its content, including loss caused by inaccurate or outdated prices, contact details or directory entries, or by any interruption in the service.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data, including numbers submitted through the check-the-number feature, is described in our privacy policy.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
