- All AP farmer families holding cultivable land are eligible for PM-KISAN, regardless of land size
- YSR Rythu Bharosa beneficiaries in AP are separately eligible for central PM-KISAN as well
- All small and marginal farmer families with cultivable landholding — no upper land ceiling after 2019 amendment
- The family (husband, wife, and minor children) must collectively own cultivable land
- Land ownership must be in state land records at the time of enrollment
- Institutional landholders, government employees, income tax payees, and professional degree holders are excluded

How to Apply for PM-Kisan Income Support in Andhra Pradesh
