Black Gram

Yellow Mosaic

  • To control the yellow mosaic disease, destroy the plants which are turning yellow.

White Fly

  • Sarvangi insecticide should be used to control the white fly in Black Gram.

Irrigation

  • Light irrigation should be given on requirement.

Leaf Blight

  • To control the leaf blight disease in maize, solution of mancozeb 75 WP @ 3g/lit of water should be sprayed.

Fall Armyworm

  • When more than 5% plants are damaged due to fall armyworm then Spinetoram 11.7%SC @ 0.5 ml/lit or Chlorantraniliprole 18.5% SC @ 0.4 ml/lit or Thiamethoxam 12.6% + Lambda Cyhalothrin 9.5% ZC @ 0.25 ml/lit of water should be sprayed.

Irrigation

  • Necessary irrigation should be given at this stage in no rainfall condition.

Paddy

Panicle Blight

  • To control the panicle blight disease in rice, 15 g streptocyclin + 500 g copper oxychloride /ha should be used.

Leaf Folder

  • To control the Leaf folder in rice, 150ml of chlorantraniliprole 20 SC or 1 lit of Fipronil 5 SC in 500 lit of water per ha should be sprayed after 50 days of transplanting.

Stem Borer

  • To control the stem borer in rice, 150ml of chlorantraniliprole 20 SC or 1 lit of Fipronil 5 SC in 500 lit of water per ha should be sprayed after 50 days of transplanting.

Brown Planthopper

  • On the occurrence of brown plant hopper, 1 lit Buprofezin 25 SC or 150 ml of Imidacloprid 17.8 SL in 500 lit of water per ha should be sprayed.

Soybean

Yellow Mosaic

  • To control the yellow mosaic disease, destroy the plants which are turning yellow.

White Fly

  • Sarvangi insecticide should be used to control the white fly.

Okra

Yellow Vein Mosaic

  • To control the yellow vein mosaic virus, remove and destroy the infected plants and sarvangi insecticide should be sprayed.

Cauliflower

Brown Leaf Spot

  • On the occurrence of circular brown spot on the leaves, solution of mancozeb @ 2.5 g/lit of water should be sprayed.

Brinjal

Application of Nitrogen

  • 1/4th part of Nitrogen should be applied as top dressing in the field and remaining 1/4th part should be given at an interval of 60-65 days as a top dressing in the standing crop.

Weeding and Hoeing

  • Weeding and hoeing should be done in the Brinjal crop, sown in the previous month.

Livestock

Gal-Ghotu disease

  • To save the animal from Gal-Ghotu disease, tie them in neat and clean places.
  • When symptoms of Gal-Ghotu disease appeared in the animals, then inject Suphonamides like Sulphamethazine or Sulphadimidne 150Mg/Kg in the veins of animal for three days with the advice of Veterinarian.

Green Fodder

  • Green fodder should be given in less quantity to the animals.
  • It is advised that green fodder can be given to the animals by mixing it in dry fodder.

Infectious Diseases

  • To save the sheep and goats from infectious diseases, give vaccination of Interotoxemia and PPR.
