Livestock

BUFFALO

  • Farmers are advised to During the rainy season, the possibility of lice infestation in animals increases.

  • Keep the chicken house dry and keep turning the bedding.
  • If there is excess moisture in the chicken house, turn on the fan.

Mango

Planting

  • Plant new plants in pits already filled with mango, guava, amla, lemon etc.
  • Plant new plants in place of the destroyed plants in the new bag.
  • Make a stand of 25-30 meters high soil around the stem by folding banana / papaya bags.

  • For prevention of mango leaf moth, apply 2% carburil 1.5% dust on the clear sky.

Maize

Stem borer / Shoot fly

  • In maize crop, there is a possibility of outbreak of stem borer / shoot fly pest, so for its prevention, Emamectin Benzoate 5% Sg 200 g / ha at 500-600 liters of water solution Sprinkle on clean weather.

Millking

  • Maize is going on silking/Milking stage, which is sensitive to the lack of moisture, so in case of lack of rain, maintain proper moisture by doing light irrigation as per requirement.

Paddy

Panicle Initiation

  • In paddy crop, the second and last top dressing of urea should be done at the rate of 60 to 65 kg per hectare after 55 - 60 days after transplanting making sure that there is no more than 2 to 3 centimeters of water in the field while top dressing.

Stem borer

  • In case of outbreak of stem borer in paddy crop, imidacloprid 17.8% SL at the rate of 25 g / ha should be sprayed in 500-600 liters of water for spraying in clean weather.

Black Gram

Weed Control

  • For the control of weeds in the black gram/green gram crop, Imazethapyr 10 SL at the rate of 1.0 liter / hectare, spray the solution in 500-600 liters of water after 15-20 days of sowing and spray it on clear sky.

Yellow vein mosaic

  • There is a possibility of an outbreak of yellow mosaic disease in the crop of urd, so for its prevention, dimethoate 30 EC is used. 1.0 liter/ha or Oxidemetan-Methyl 25 EC.
  • Spray the solution in 500-600 liters of water at the rate of 1.0 liter/ha in clear weather.

Groundnut

White gidar / Termite

  • Groundnut crop is likely to show white gidar / termite pest infestation, hence fipronil 0.3% GR at the rate of 20 kg / ha topdressing of clear sky.

Sesamum

Leaf and Fruit bollworm

  • There is a possibility of outbreak of leaf and fruit bollworm in sesame crop, so for its prevention, Emamectin Benzoate 5 % SG at the rate of 200 g /hectare 500-600 liters make a solution in water and spray on clear weather.

Sugarcane

Red rot

  • If the length of sugarcane has become five feet, then do the first tying at a height of two and half feet.
  • For the first tying, tie two bunches of sugarcane in a line together with the dry leaves below.
  • Destroy the plants affected by red rot disease by removing them along with the roots and spray the plants with a solution of thiophanate methyl 0.2 percent.

Cauliflower

Transplanting

  • Transplanting of saplings planted in kharif crops like brinjal, chilli, tomato and early cauliflower.
  • If there is a possibility of water stagnation in the field, then plant the early cauliflower, brinjal, tomato, chilli etc. on the ridges.

Fruit borer / Leaf borer

  • If there is an outbreak of fruit borer / leaf borer in vegetable crops, make a solution of neem oil in 1.5 ml / liter of water to control it and spray it 3-4 times after clearing the sky at intervals of 6-10 days.
