Paddy

Bacterial Blight

  • Remove water to prevent the Bacterial disease and bacterial blight of Paddy. Spray 203 times a solution of Agromycin-100(75gm) or Steptrocycline (15gm0 or Copper oxychloride (500gm) dissolved in 500-600 liter water at an interval of 10 days.

Brown Mildew

  • For the control of Brown mildew disease of paddy spray zinc manganese carbonate (75%) solution at a rate of 2kg per hectare.
  • Drain out water from to prevent Brown mildew fungal disease of Paddy and apply Neem oil at rate of 1.5 liter per hectare.

Urea

  • Perform top dressing of improved Urea (87-108kg.) supplementing half residual amount of Nitrogen (40-50kg) after 25-30 days of sowing.

Soybean

Irrigation

  • In Soyabean at flowering and pod formation stages provide irrigation during absence of rainfall.

Sugarcane

Pyorrhia disease

  • For the treatment of Pyorrhia disease of sugarcane spray phosphomidon (300-400 milliliter) or Methyl-o-Demeton (1.5 liter) dissolved in 1000 liters of water.

Tomato

Nursery Sowing

  • Sowing of lesser yield verities of Tomato seed in nursery is advised.

Cabbage

Nursery Sowing

  • Sowing of lesser yield verities of cole cabbage seeds in nursery is advised.

Mustard

Sowing

  • For the sowing of mustard always use treated Orthodox seeds.

Suitable Varieties

  • The high yielding verities of mustard are:
