General Advisory
- (cid:0) Because of high humidity and cloudy weather, monitor crops regularly for fungal and bacterial diseases. (cid:0) Avoid broadcasting urea and other soluble fertilizers immediately before rainfall. (cid:0) Clean all drainage channels immediately. Give special attention to ginger, turmeric, vegetables, pulses and low-lying maize fields. (cid:0) Do not spray pesticides/fungicides during rainfall.
