  • In Cotton crop areas where Jassid crosses ETL, apply Imidachloprid 17.8 SL @ 3 ml/10 liters or Thiamethoxam 25 WG @ 2g/ 10 liters or Acetamiprid 20 SP@ 3g/10 liters of water.

White Fly

  • In Cotton crop areas where White fly crosses ETL, apply Imidachloprid 17.8 SL @ 3 ml/10 liters or Thiamethoxam 25 WG @ 2g/ 10 liters or Acetamiprid 20 SP@ 3g/10 liters of water.

Pink Bollworm

  • Install pheromone traps @ 5/ha for monitoring Pink bollworm.

Insects Control - Pheromone Trap

  • Farmers are advised to install Light Trap / Insects specific Pheromone Trap in order to assess the likely infestation of insects and for integrated pest management.

Gram Pod Borer

  • Currently, soybean crop is being infested with Gram Pod Borer. For their management spray the crop with Quinalphos 25 EC @ 1.5 lit/ha, Indoxacarb 14.5 SC @ 300 ml/ha, Fluebendiamide 39.35 SC @ 150 ml/ha or Fluebendiamide 20 WG @ 250-300 ml/ha or Spinetoram 11.7 SC @ 450 ml/ha or Chlorantraniliprol 18.5 SC @ 150 ml/ha with 500 liter of water.

Semi looper

  • For management of defoliators and Semiloopers spray pre-mixed insecticides like Betacyfluthrin +Imidacloprid @ 350 ml/ha or Thimethoxam + Lembda cyhelothrin @ 125 ml/ha.   • In case of soybean infested with Charcoal rot it is advised to spray the crop with Tebuconazole @ 625 ml/ha or Tebuconazole + Sulphur 1 kg/ha or Hexaconazole @ 500 ml/ha or Pyroclostrobin @ 500 g/ha with the use of 500 liters of water.

Pod Formation - Girdle beetle

  • For management of Girdle beetle, spray the crop with Thicloprid 21.7 SC @ 650 ml/ha, Profenophos 50 EC @ 1.25 lit/ha or Triazophos 40 EC @ 800 ml/ha.

  • 5% Neem Seed Kernel emulsion (NSKE) or azadirachtin 1500ppm @ 5ml/1 water.
